Journal Claims Policy

Please note the following details for submitting any lost or missing issues (calendar-year basis):

•  Back-issue claims will be honored for 6 months after the last issue of each volume has been distributed.

• Claims for copies lost or damaged in the mail are allowed within 6 months of the mailing date of the issue.

• Claims filed due to insufficient (or no) notice of change of address will not be accepted.

To submit a claim, please send an email to info@global-sci.org, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
