For any given symmetric measure $µ$ on the closed unit disk $\overline{\mathbb{D}}$, we apply the Berezin transform to characterizing semi-commuting and commuting Toeplitz operators with bounded harmonic symbols on $A^2 (\overline{\mathbb{D}}, d\mu)$.
