AB - <p style="text-align: justify;">In this paper we study a cell entropy inequality for a class of the local relaxation approximation — The Relaxing Schemes for scalar conservation laws presented by Jin and Xin in [1], which implies convergence for the one-dimensional scalar case. &nbsp;</p>
