AB - <p style="text-align: justify;">Estimations of lower bounds for the fundamental functions of (0,1,2,3) interpolation are given. Based on this result conditions for convergence of (0,1,2,3) interpolation and for Grünwald-type thoerem are essentially simplified and improved. &nbsp;</p>
